A NATURAL BORN TALENT AND A WORK IN PROGRESS
I can’t think of a better way to describe myself.
I had dreams of becoming a doctor or an engineer when I was small but God had something much more amazing in store for my life.
I ended up with a bucket full of talent. I can’t see myself doing something else other than singing.
Throughout my career I have learned a lot and there is still so much to learn. I don’t have a job, I simply do what I love.
I want to thank the hard times in my life; it made me the person that I am today,
I learned that I’m much stronger than I think I am, to always believe in myself and to dream big.
It all started when I was a little girl. I joined the primary school choir in Grade 1 and was part of it till grade 7.
I started with professional vocal coaching when I was 9 years of age and since then it has been an integral part of my life.
I have also taken guitar and piano lessons.
My mom and dad are my biggest critics but also my biggest fans, they keep me together and motivate me through every step of the way. I will always be grateful to have them in my life!
I won several Eisteddfod competitions and also participated in modelling competitions. At least I can walk on high heels now. 🙂
Over the years I also took Opera lessons but discovered that my true love is pop and contemporary music.
At this stage I am a guest artist for Bobby van Jaarsveld and big surprises are still to come, maybe just maybe very soon!
